Home Pure System provides warranty covering manufacturing defects.

Warranty covers:

faulty components

performance issues caused by manufacturing defects

leakage caused by defective parts

Warranty period: 12 months unless otherwise stated.

Warranty does not cover:

consumable filter cartridges

damage due to misuse

damage caused by limescale or extreme pressure

modifications by third parties

lack of maintenance

We may request photos or inspection visit.
