Installation Agreement

By booking installation with Home Pure System, you agree to the following:

Scope of service

Installation includes:

connection to cold water supply

installation of filtration unit

installation of dedicated tap (if applicable)

leak test

basic system check

customer guidance on use

Installation time approx. 1–2 hours.

Customer responsibilities

Customer confirms:

access to property at agreed time

suitable plumbing conditions

permission to modify sink cabinet if required

access to cold water pipe

Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for:

existing plumbing faults

low water pressure issues

pipe corrosion or damage

hidden defects in property infrastructure

Installation consent

Customer expressly requests installation service to begin before the end of the 14-day cooling-off period.

Customer acknowledges loss of cancellation right once installation is completed.
