Returns and Refunds Policy
Home Pure System
Right to Cancel (14-day cooling-off period)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product.
If installation has not yet taken place: You are entitled to a full refund.
If installation has been completed within the 14-day period: By requesting installation before the end of the cooling-off period, you acknowledge and agree that:
the service has been fully performed
the right to cancel the installation service is lost once installation is completed
installation fees are non-refundable after the service has been performed
This does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty products.
Returns before installation
Products may be returned within 14 days provided:
item is unused
item is in original packaging
item has not been connected to water supply
all components are included
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty.
Returns after installation
Due to hygiene regulations related to drinking water systems, installed products cannot be returned unless faulty.
If a defect is confirmed, we will:
repair the system
replace defective parts
replace the unit
provide refund if repair is not possible
Non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns if:
system has been installed and used without defect
filter cartridges have been opened
components are missing
product has been modified by third party
Refund timeframe
Refunds are processed within 14 days after confirmation of eligibility.
